We had a great conversation with Actress Liliana Tandon on The Chris & Sandy Show. We talked about so many things from family, acting, sacrifices, she told some great stories to a whole lot more! She’s already done some amazing things in the acting world. As they say, the best is yet to come!
Liliana Tandon is an Indian American actress, writer, and producer and stars in the holiday romantic comedy from UPtv, A Ring for Christmas, her first telefilm as both a writer and lead actress, directed by Don E. FauntLeRoy and co-stars opposite Academy Award nominee Lorraine Bracco (Goodfellas, The Sopranos) and Michael Gross (Family Ties) and will premiere on UPtv on November 8.
A Ring for Christmas follows Angie Moore portrayed by Liliana Tandon, a spoiled single girl who gets cut off from her family money 25 days before Christmas; but when she discovers the existence of a sizable trust fund that she will inherit when she gets married.

Liliana was also the creator, writer, and star of Period Piece, an award-winning comedic web series that explores women in different periods of history… having their periods. Seasons one and two have over 1.6 million views on YouTube. Period Piece won Best Original Comedy Web Series on actress Elizabeth Banks’ comedy site WhoHaHa in their first annual WhoHaha Female Comedy Awards. Additionally, Liliana was one of five finalists on WhoHaHa for Favorite Impersonation, alongside fellow nominees Kate McKinnon and Melissa McCarthy.
Liliana discovered her love of acting at just ten years old at Brown Ledge, a summer camp on Lake Champlain with a stellar theatre department, where she would perform in four one-act plays, one three-act play, and one musical —all in just eight weeks. She is a graduate of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, where she studied at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting. When not acting, you can probably find her in the kitchen, as cooking is another passion.
