We had a great conversation with Recording Artist Hilary Roberts on The Chris & Sandy Show. We talked about so many things from God, family, music, sacrifices, she told some really amazing & raw stories plus a whole lot more! Sandy & I are also going on her show soon as that will be the first time we have been on the other side of things!
Recording artist, founder of Red Songbird Foundation, and philanthropist Hilary Roberts is best known for being the voice behind chart-toppers, “There For You,” (charted #3 on Billboard Dance Club Chart in the US), “Good Man”, (which charted #16 on Billboard Dance Club Chart), and “Back To Life”(charted #1 on Billboard’s Dance Club Chart in the US). Her music video to breakout song “Ringer” has received close to 2M views on YT to date. Her success speaks for itself – her music takes listeners on the journey through the ups and downs of all things Hilary has faced in the past years – success, redemption, heartbreak, frustration, and a whole lot more. On July 21, she dropped her latest single, “Born To Fly”, which serves as the theme song for RSF.
Hilary “The Songbird” Roberts has a story of unimaginable troubles, traumatic circumstances, survival, and redemption. When her life was up-side-down and disease-ridden, Hilary turned to music to survive. With the support of some close friends, she was connected to help, and eventually given the tools to explore a music career, which ultimately saved her life. Hilary now dedicates her life to paying this deed forward; trying to help those in need, spread her message, help save lives, and ultimately make a positive impact on society.
Her podcast Let The Journey Begin which launched earlier this year serves as a safe environment to have uncomfortable conversations around life’s challenges and victories. Hosted by Hilary and Jason Wahler, the podcast featured new guests each week from all walks of life to hear their stories, trials, and tribulations that they have faced and/or are facing. By looking at their journey, they provided their audience with relatable content, opened up the conversation, attempted to break the stigma, and offered a different perspective or even a solution to their troubles. The podcast is currently available on Apple, Spotify, and iHeartMedia.
Hilary currently resides in Dallas, Texas. When she is not busy making or performing music, she can be found dancing, enjoying nature and animals, hanging out with her Bichon/Poodle and Russian Blue kitty, driving fast cars, and giving back to the community. She is an active member of the American Heart Association and does as much work as she can with any child advocacy center, any organization that helps the elderly, any no-kill shelters, and any animal rescues.
