We had a great conversation with Hunter Flanagan on The Chris & Sandy Show. We talked about family, teams, music, sacrifices, he told some great stories especially why he doesn’t make eye contact from stage to a whole lot more!
Hunter Flanagan is a 19 year old country singer/songwriter based out of Carrollton Georgia. He is also the current Georgia Country Overall Artist of the Year. He has been the opening act for many famous musicians including country legend Gene Watson, Miss Rhonda Vincent, Mark Wills, Confederate Railroad, and many others.
Hunter Flanagan has performed over 200 solo performances across the southeast in the last 2 years. Hunter did a weekly, solo show, at Six Flags over Georgia during the Summer of 2014. He has experience playing in local venues in Georgia and throughout the southeast.
In September of 2018, Hunter Flanagan won four awards from Creative Loafing in several Best of Atlanta votes. He won Best Overall Act, Best Live Act, Best Country Act and Best Vocalist.
Hunter Flanagan won the Georgia Country Awards Teen Artist of the Year at the Georgia Country awards in 2018.
2020, Hunter Flanagan is the winner of the Georgia Country Awards for Overall Artist of the Year. He is also a finalist for the International Singer-Songwriter Association Young Adult Artist of the Year.
Hunter Flanagan plays the guitar, ukulele, banjo, drums, harp, mandolin, fiddle and harmonica.
