We had a great conversation with Glamping Adventures! – Nicole Casino, Chris Waters and Arra Riggs. We talked about many things from family, Glamping Adventures, they told some really great stories to a whole lot more!
When three local Savannah ladies, Nicole Casino, Chris Waters and Arra Riggs bought an RV back in June, they began documenting their travels on social media and named it Glamping Adventures. Despite the pandemic, they felt it was the opportune time to hit the wide open road and travel across the USA.
Embracing the new norm and new travel trends, they picked a 31 ft Minnie Winnie to use for travel and self contain while seeing the beauty of our country. The outdoorsy and down to earth ladies had little to no experience with a camper but with the combined efforts of all three ladies they became known as the Glampers. The word Glamper implies glamorous camping. Yet, instead of pearls and heels you are more likely to find these ladies in boots and likely to be outdoors fishing or hunting.
By the time the Glampers were back in Savannah from the big road trip out west and over 6000 miles, their fan base had grown internationally. The idea you can grab your friends, work remotely and soak up the beauty of all nature has to offer while traveling is appealing to those open to adventure. Glamping Adventure fan Suzanne Bell Findley says, “What I love most about these ladies is they are taking charge of their lives and living it with no regrets…boots, beauty and brains.” With careers in luxury real estate, destination management, marketing and photography, these ladies have created a brand.
With the film industry slowing down in 2020, two talented filmmakers, Julio Saldarriga and Jim Wacker made Savannah their home and started Skyway Pictures in 2020. Nicole Casino, the Chief Glamping Officer (CGO) says, “The timing of these two forces coming together couldn’t come at a better time. It was an organic and magical combination of talent and creativity.”
The first Glamping Adventure sizzle will be released mid-March. These three ladies who are nicknamed Tornado, Turbo and Tina plan to continue this new norm of travel and adventure. Film Producer, Jim Wacker comments, “As for where this is going?… the sky’s the limit with Skyway Pictures.” Follow their travels on Glamping Adventures and see where they go next!
Get a sneak peak of the upcoming episodes for Glamping Adventures and Skyway Pictures mid-March. The sizzle will be on Glamping Adventures social media platforms. Watch the shenanigans and obstacles that take place when three single ladies travel in an RV to seek fun and adventure across the USA.
Glamping Adventures was founded in May 2020. Three ladies along with guests traveled 6,000 miles in a Minnie Winnie while documenting their adventures during COVID shutdown. They feature destinations, authentic experiences and the obstacles of travel in an RV. Glamping Adventures hopes to empower those who are open to adventure with the goal of having their own Glamping Adventure locations. 912-660-0102 https://glampingadventuregirls.com/
